Shipping policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 Business days before shipping deadlines and up to Two (2) business days. However, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

according to the time we receive your order till the deadline for dispatching your order. the following dispatching times:

All orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. 
All orders placed on holidays are dispatched on the next business-day Before 17:30

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

FREE SHIPPING over 59 £

There is FREE shipping to addresses in Sweden for purchases of 60 £ and more.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping cost may vary depending on the carrier you choose.

All parcels are sent with Evri or Royal Mail or Yodel

We offer the following delivery options:

  1. HOME/BUSINESS– Delivery to private address.
  2. PARCEL SHOP – Delivery to a parcel shop near you.


    Note:
     In some cases, where the package is quite big or high cost, we ship it to a shop for safety reasons.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
